AlphaFuel Pro is produced and released under a six-checkpoint quality program. Below is the long-form version of each checkpoint, in the order it happens during manufacturing and release.
Manufactured under cGMP
AlphaFuel Pro is produced in a U.S. facility audited against the FDA’s current Good Manufacturing Practice regulations (21 CFR 111). A master manufacturing record is maintained for every lot.
Validated analytical methods
Active-compound potency is verified by HPLC against reference standards. Methods are validated for specificity, accuracy, precision, and linearity prior to release.
Heavy-metal screen by ICP-MS
Each lot is screened by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry for arsenic, cadmium, lead, and mercury. Thresholds aligned with California Proposition 65 limits.
Microbiological release testing
Total aerobic count, yeasts, molds, and absence of Salmonella, E. coli, and S. aureus are verified per USP <61> and <62> before any lot leaves the facility.
Lot traceability
Every bottle is stamped with a lot number traceable to a single Certificate of Analysis. The Certificate ties back to the dossier published on the home portal.
Tamper-evident packaging
Bottles ship with a foil induction seal and a tamper-evident shrink band. If either is missing or damaged on arrival, contact customer service for replacement.
A note on FDA language.
Dietary supplements in the United States are regulated under the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 (DSHEA). The FDA does not "approve" dietary supplements the way it approves pharmaceuticals — but it does inspect manufacturing facilities. When we say FDA-registered facility, that is what we mean: a facility on the FDA’s register, inspected against 21 CFR 111 cGMP regulations.
